CREATIVE YEARS LEARNING CENTER USES THE NATURAL CURIOSITY OF CHILDREN TO TEACH EARLY MATH, READING, AND CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS.

THE TEACHERS, ADMINISTRATORS AND STAFF AT CREATIVE YEARS LEARNING CENTER ARE UNITED IN THEIR BELIEF THAT ALL CHILDREN:

Need to learn to love and respect themselves
Need a safe and interesting place in which to learn and grow
Need someone to trust and a routine to count on
Need to feel that they belong and to learn to get along with others

In October 1976, Executive Directors Trish and Deb had a vision of a place where children would be welcomed into an environment designed especially for their positive growth and development. This would be a place where parents would feel a sense of trust and comfort knowing that their children were in the loving hands of professionals devoted to helping them achieve their potential and to recognize their own unique individuality.

By March 1, 1977, this vision became a reality when we opened our first center in Arvada. In 1981, we moved to Longmont where we served the community with quality early education and child care programs until 2008. In 2003, we opened our "dream center" in Frederick where we were able to design a state of the art facility around our program philosophy. This accomplishment was the culmination of three years of research, planning, design and construction.

The Tri-Town area including Frederick, Firestone, and Dacono has proven to be an ideal setting for Creative Yeas. We have established a strong partnership with this family-oriented community with its amazing vistas that nurture the soul.
