About
Creative Early Learning Center, formerly known as Community Child Care Center, is a non-religious outreach ministry of Richfield Lutheran Church, founded in 1974. We welcome families of all cultural and religious backgrounds. We provide early learning and child care services for infants through 3rd grade. We follow the Child Care Aware Creative Curriculum. We enhance this curriculum with our own art enrichment programs, because we believe that art and creativity are essential to our children's development.
It is our mission to provide a learning environment 'where every child feels love and success every day'. While school readiness is our main goal, our programs and curriculum are designed to also help our children succeed socially and emotionally. We use the Creative Curriculum Gold© Assessment Tool to set individual learning and development goals for each child in the areas of Social Emotional Development, Physical Development, Language Development, Cognitive Development, Literacy, and Mathematics.
