Kim is the most disrespectful boss I have ever had. I would never trust her with any of my loved ones. She talks down on her employees and on her clients also their family to her employees. I have never worked in such a dysfunctional and unprofessional environment. She doesn't take care of her employees. I was beyond shocked when she hired me over text message and sent me to clients houses before even meeting me. Kim sent me to 2 separate clients before even meeting me. I only met her 1 time in person and that was after working for her for about a month maybe a little more. I could have any type of background or been a threat to the patients. Good thing I wasn't and I know how to take care of patients and do my job. I have been in the medical field for YEARS and I was getting paid under everybody else and I'm the other employees that had any type of experience or certifications or licenses for this field .I was shocked to wake up and see that my last paycheck was taken from me due to the fact that I had an emergency situation and had to leave the state. I would never recommend this company to anybody to take care of their loved one or even watch their pets. And I would definitely not recommend working for this company unless you want to get used and abused
