I have been watching children of all ages for 8 years. As long as I can remember children have always been drawn to me, I regularly watched all the children in my neighborhood on weekends and helped my neighbor with her home daycare in the summer. When Ihad my daughter I was reminded just how much I love being around children and watching them blossom. After working 2 years all it took was one day home with my daughter to realize I needed structure, lots of activities and fun! I have a playroom set up with easy access to books, puzzles, pretend play and a large chalkboard. I have a wall in the dining room with a weather chart to help learn days of the week and Ohio's crazy weather. We do some type of arts and crafts everyday and have a whole closet filled with supplies. I have weekly menus that I print off and give to the parents along with a report given at the end of each day. During the summer every Friday, with all parents written permission, we leave the house for an activity. I have so much more information I would love to share with you.
