I provide quality care using intentional teaching methods, respecting each child's individualism. My intentions are to motivate and encourage children to think and make decisions on there own during the learning process. Learning should be fun; observation and assessment gives me the opportunity to plan activities around the interests of the children.
Previous experience includes: lead teacher of infants/toddlers, 4's and assistant Pre-k teacher.
In May I acquired my Child Care Credentials from the state of NC through Central Piedmont Community College. I am currently working on my Bachelor's.
I love watching children learn and really enjoy knowing that I am a part of that process. I want to help children learn the things they need to start school academically as well as behaviorally and emotionally.
I am currently not licensed, but am working towards it.
