About
Our primary focus is on the development of social-emotional skills. We make every effort to model attentive listening, teach body language awareness of self and others, show kindness and empathy toward one another, and teach language and literacy skills through conversation, reading, games and other activities. All ages join together in play, crafts and mealtimes. This model has proven to support all areas of development.
Learning is part of everything children do here as they take part in structured (group and guided play activities) and unstructured (child led and activities of their choosing) as part of our AM and PM schedule. Activities aid in the preparation for Pre-K enrollment. We provide care for children ages 3 months to entry into preschool.
Cozy Cottage Childcare, LLC is a licensed, family-oriented provider. We have a large outdoor play space with a variety of equipment to strengthen large muscles and encourage social games.
