My Mom moved in these apartments back in September 2016 ... She paid a $200 security deposit ... She is the cleanest neatest most organized person I know ... She moved out April 2017 ... She left the apartment in spotless condition the manager inspected and tried to find all sorts of things wrong she kept insisting my Mom sign a paper in agreement , my Mom refused to sign .. To make a long story short .. My Mom 3 weeks later recieved only a $15 check minus the $185 ... Someone is taking advantage of these seniors hard earned money it's no telling how many others this has happened to ... Beware .
