This agency is not licensed in the state of WI. They do not accept any liability for caregiver misconduct. They do not have certified caregivers. They do not have trained or experienced caregivers in basic care needs. Their caregivers were sleeping during their shifts, reading books instead of caring for my parents. Caregiver also left during her shift and did not notify my parents. Agency did not notify us that caregiver left. They misrepresent themselves and overcharge for services.
