The majority of my training has been in Customer Service, Chemical, Carpet Cleaning, Biohazard Waste Management, & Quality Control Management. The training and knowledge that I have gained has conditioned me to be the best and I can not leave your home until it's perfect and just the way you want it.

Customer Service: I pride myself with being on time & reliable & thorough. This is the #1 complaint in our industry that housekeepers don't show or are late. If this ever should happen (being late by more then 1/2 hour of scheduled time), we will discount your housekeeping service by 20% off the quote. I am 100% involved and hands on in my business. If there is ever a time we will be running late we will call you personally and you get a discount!

Professional: All members of our team are hand picked, background checked and will come to work with all the correct equipment and tools. Never will our team ask to borrow a duster or use your equipment. We come prepared!

Equipment: All equipment used in your home will be fresh and clean and in perfect order. All cleaning micro-fiber cloths, mops, equipment will be freshly sanitized and clean. I care about you and your family's health so changing out pads/clothes from restroom/kitchen and living areas are a must! We do use all-natural cleaners that are made to disinfect, however; if you prefer for us to use commercial products we do that too! All-Natural products are best for those who have allergens or are sensitive to cleaning products.

How pricing works: I will come to your home and visit with you prior to cleaning. No 2 homes are a like, and no 2 people have the same cleaning level ideas, so I will to get to know your wants and needs and your expectation. This is a NO COST quote to you. I do give discounts for Seniors, Disabled and US Veterans!
