About
ConsciousCare strives to provide a caring, gentle environment that allows children to play, learn, and grow. We are a homeschooling household, and extend our learning activities to everyone. A typical day includes child yoga, free play, directed process-based art activities, outdoor play or visit to the park, and lots of reading out loud. We follow Becky Bailey's conscious discipline, and use positive reinforcement to guide behavior. Any and all dietary restrictions and preferences are honored. There are pets in our house, all very gentle and child-friendly. We have a small dog, two cats, two fish, and one rabbit.
