We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing families the perfect combination of expertise, compassion and service. At Conlin Health Care, all of our caregivers undergo rigorous screening, background and reference checks, as well as routine supervision. We get to know your needs as well as those of your family so that we can match you with just the right caregiver.

Client & Family Services:

Conlin Health Care provides home care services on an as-needed basis, for a minimum of 4 hours per day, up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, live-in or live-out.

Convenience and Peace of Mind:

The responsibility of seeking, interviewing, screening and hiring quality caregivers is ours, as is accounting for caregiver Social Security, workers compensation and liability. We are bonded and insured a thoroughly professional health care company for in home care, nursing homes, and for assisted living and other facilities.

RN's and LPN's:

Our RN's and LPN's provide nursing care and monitor the overall health of the patient.​

Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants:
Our Aides and Nurses observe and report the general well being of their patients, assist with personal care, and encourage independence and satisfaction in their daily lives.
