Concierge Home Services is a companionship based service that was started by 3 family members with extensive experience in the management of assisted living facilities, nursing, emergency medicine and personal caregiving.
We saw the need for companionship services in southern Johnson County and all of Miami County so we created CHS!
We offer an array of services including companionship, meal preparation, transportation, advocating, light housekeeping with home organization, home maintenance and light construction and our very own ELF SERVICES!

There are several things that set us apart from everyone else like our 50+ years of combined experience and our knowledge of senior care, but our Maintenance and Elf Services our by far the most unique!

We all hate trying to find a handy-man or repair man when something needs fixed, but now you don't have to worry! We have our very own multi-talented maintenance guru that can help with almost anything! He can help with changing filters, installing grab bars and even installing wheelchair ramps. The best part is you don't have to worry about someone taking advantage of you or price gouging.
If we can't fix the issue we will advocate for you and assist in finding the appropriate service team for the job!

Decorating for Christmas is always a daunting task for all of us. Bringing the tubs and boxes out from storage, getting all the decorations up and then having to take it all down again. With Concierge Home Services Elf Program you can instruct your personal Elf on where to put your decorations while you sit back and drink a nice cup of hot cocoa!
With the assistance of our maintenance specialist we can also hang lights on the outside of your home and put out yard decorations as well!
When the season has ended our elves will come back and help take everything down and box it back up for next year! This is a great time to take advantage of our home organization services too!
