Concierge Care can refer qualified, compassionate and pre-screened caregivers that are available up to 24 hours a day for your personal care needs. We can provide a caregiver for 24-hour live in care, transportation to doctors appointments and/or errands, assistance with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry services, companion care during hospital or rehab stay, and transitional care during a move or discharge home.
