Compassionate Care

Hello! My name is Amanda. I am a Certified Medical Assistant with BLS/AED and first aid training who has a year's left of schooling to be an RN. With developmental psychology training and my own experience caring for special needs children and adults, I am skilled at and proud of providing compassionate care.
I am open to caring for children 6 weeks to 4 years. When it comes to infants, I am well-versed in all the delicate care that they require. My own daughter was born prematurely, diagnosed with reactive airway disease (similar to asthma), and suffered from developmental setbacks. She is now a healthy and thriving toddler. When it comes to young children and toddlers, my patience and fun-loving attitude provide for a great learning environment.
I live in a gated community with a playground, walking trail, and all of the kid friendly aspects the town of Smyrna has to offer close at hand.
Currently, I have the opportunity to take a break before clinicals and my NCLEX exam to prepare my own toddler for pre-K and I would love the opportunity to coach and nurture your child as well.
