Community REACH, Inc. provides in and out-of-home Respite services to adults and children so caregivers can have some "time off" caregiver responsibilities. Research shows that caregivers do a better job of caring for their loved ones when they have the time to care for themselves. We offer partial day and 24-hour Respite services. While your loved ones are in our care or staying with us, we will provide all necessary transportation so their days are not interrupted for any day services, school, medical, or dental appointments. We accept individuals that are on waiver services, will work with insurance companies to see if services are covered, as well as those needing a private pay option. We currently ask that those in our care be able to take their own medications, or have them pre-set for administration, such as in a pill box. We are able to accommodate special diets and food textures. Staffing, meals, and snacks will be arranged according to a Service Plan that is created before our services begin. We ask that caregivers start the scheduling process at least 7 calendar days before services are needed, but we will make every effort to fill emergency situations as well.
