Community Home Health Care is a Licensed Home Care Agency currently providing Home Care services to clients in Rockland, Orange, Westchester, Sulivan, Dutchess, and Ulster Counties.

The organization has been providing Personal Care, and Home Health Aide services to clients for over thirty years, and has also implemented a Consumer Director Personal Assistance. Community is a voluntary non-profit organization, and is licensed to provide services in the counties of Rockland, Duchess, Nassau, Sullivan, Orange,Ulster, and Westchester. Community Home Health Care s goal is to maintain its fine reputation, and looks forward to continuing to serve its patients for many more years to come. We intend to remain Home Health Care leaders in the communities that we serve and know that we can continue to do so by keeping our eyes focused on quality, service, and technology. And last but not least, continuing to recruit, train and employee a team of health services providers that offer the best of care.
