I had the pleasure of meeting one of your employees one morning while a team was cutting trees in my front yard. Lisa Immarco (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was walking one of her clients, and my elder neighbor down the road. She stopped and talked, always making the client part of the conversation, and re-engage him to keep him actively participating in the conversation. She made it about him and not about her. It would have been very easy for her to make the situation about her. I have been in healthcare for quite some time and was very impressed about her manner and concern for the client she was caring for. I think it is important to make an employer aware of an outstanding employee, and I felt that Lisa was just that. I would be happy to have Lisa care for my elderly parent if the need were to arise.
