Michael, the owner, was more responsive than any other home care agency we contacted when my older brother was in the hospital recovering from an operation on his lower back, surgery and needed a companion 24/7 for parts of 4 days until discharged to a rehab hospital. He came to the hospital himself at 930 pm, with an aide, and made sure the right aides were assigned, personally involving himself. He called me directly. Pretty awesome company.
