Comforcare Louisville East

ComForCare Louisville East is a non-medical home care provider. Our goal is for our clients to live independently for as long as possible. We accomplish this goal by assisting them with their everyday activities in the comfort of their home, assisted living community, hospital or rehab residence. We service Jefferson, Western Oldham and Shelby counties in the Louisville area.

Chris and Julie Prentice are the owners who strive to find the best Caregivers for our clients. Every client will first meet with Chris or Julie so they can personally select the best Caregiver for that individual client's needs and customized plan of care. Once the appropriate Caregiver has been assigned, Chris or Julie will accompany the Caregiver upon their first meeting with our client for a comfortable introduction.

We value our Caregivers just as we value our clients. We pride ourselves on maintaining a family oriented organization and work hard to ensure that our staff and Caregivers feel a part of our team and have the tools that they need to successfully assist our clients with their personal needs.

Our Caregivers are carefully screened through reference checks, criminal background checks, and drug testing. They assist with Alzheimer's care, shopping, errands, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, meal preparation, personal hygiene, transportation to appointments and much more. We offer care up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are always on call.
