ComForcare Senior Services is a Class A non-medical In-Home Care provider handling the care needs of adults and seniors.

ADL's cover assistance with Bathing, Toileting and Incontinence, Dressing/Undressing, Grooming, Eating assistance, and Transfers/Ambulation.

IADL's include light Housekeeping, Medication Reminders, Shopping, Transportation, Answering the client's phone, Help with Finances, and Food Preparation.

All Case openings are proceeded with an assessment by our RN observing the client in action regarding:
Shoes and socks-putting on and off

Hike to the Bathroom- Client is observed getting into and out of the tub or shower, check for assist devices, have client touch head, lower back and toes.

A walk through the home with the client reveals fall risk/and a safe home check.
Medication review. Includes dosage reviews, who is managing the needs, times and is the client self administering the medication?

Eating and meal preparation is reviewed.

In addition to our Front-Loaded Care Oversight, our Nurse assessment and client specific training, we offer Quality Assurance measures. They include care/giver client introductions, unannounced supervisory visits, regularly scheduled quality assurance phone calls and care giving training specific to each client's condition.

The Caregiver hiring process delivers professional caregivers through our high-quality supportive services that focus on the individual needs of each client. Every caregiver is bonded and insured and must pass a rigorous 10-step hiring process which includes:
National League of Nursing test, Full Skills and OSHA Universal Precautions Orientation, Drug screening, Personal Interview, State Driver's Record Clearance, Work history Reference Check, Certification/license Clearance, Social Security Verification, and Personal Ethics Screening.

Transition from Hospital and Rehab care: ComForcare partners with health care professionals to ensure our client's health continues to improve after discharge and reduce the risk of readmission. Through our Front-Loaded Care Oversight Process, we ensure discharge instructions are executed, educate clients in the self management of their condition, encourage follow up with their primary care physician and implement medication adherence practices.
