Colony Care at Home provides senior care and respite care for families caring for someone with an illness or disability. We serve Greater Hartford, North Central Connecticut and Western Massachusetts from offices in South Windsor, CT and West Springfield, MA.

Our standards are high, just as you would want them to be. So we strive to have the best screened, best trained and best supervised caregivers you could ask for.

In addition to providing you with personal assistants, homemakers and companions, we also provide those services within our memory care specialty, with our RN/Dementian Specialist who supports both caregivers and families.

Our management team has a combined 50 years of caregiving experience, including at-home and in-facility, as well as experience with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementa.

You can enlist our services on a schedule that suits you--from 2 hours/week to live in.
