My name is Kristin Elliot Fox, I am going on 18 years of marriage, and I have two beautiful children. I grew up in Arvada, and attended Jefferson County schools. I received a full athletic scholarship to Colorado State University in swimming. Over my four year athletic career I was honored as a four-time All-WAC performer, two-time All-American and three-time Honorable Mention All-American. I accumulated a record 18 individual WAC Championships, and went into the WAC record book as the winningest Swimmer in WAC History. I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine. I moved back to Arvada in 1998. I worked as an Emergency Medical Technician for Pridemark Paramedics, while I attended Regis University. At Regis I was named to the Dean's List and I receive a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. I worked as a nurse at Presbyterian St. Luke's Hospital, in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for six years. Now, less about me and more about my in home childcare center...Welcome to Cole Street Kidz! I received my in home childcare license 9 years ago. I look forward to growing and learning with your children. I will use themes, unit studies, music and costumes to learn about many exciting things. I will focus on learning numbers, colors, shapes and textures. To do this, I will use simple science, animals (we have a basset hound), weather, history and holidays. These events will be for fun and educational. Through constant, loving care I will strive to teach your children how to listen, respect each other and share with others. I am committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment.
