My entire career has been dedicated to motivating and inspiring others to believe in themselves and be the best they can be. Most students are not taught successful study skills through their general education. These skills are essential for students to be successful in higher education and with their future goals. With the creation of Coastal College Coaching, I can utilize my experience as a former college instructor and current high school teacher for over 30 years. I work best with students and families in a 1:1 relationship so I can truly get to know them and tailor a program that best fits their individual academic needs. My goal is to guide students and discover what they want their college experience to be like. Specific questions, concerns, frustrations, and misunderstandings that exist for students and their families will be addressed. I have advised hundreds of students and parents on how to successfully navigate the college process as well as my own three children. I have also helped students develop successful study skills. I am passionate about engaging teens and young adults helping them find their way.
