Had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. 3 no-shows and when they finally did come they did not clean my house. I left a detailed list and they checked everything off-- some of them done but most not. For example, the first thing on my list was the master bathroom and they didn't even touch the shower, sinks or floors. The next thing on the list was the kitchen and they didn't mop the floor at all. After weeks of dealing with this mess I requested a refund which they refused to grant me. They said they could come back and clean again but have not responded to my last 3 messages to set up a time. I have been astonished at the unprofessionalism.
