I've never been more disappointed with a cleaning service! Amanda came out to give a price quote and I provided a list of specific request (eg / cleaning products), etc. after speaking with Amanda, Amanda explained that she would put the list in my file. I agreed that initially I would opt for the deep cleaning @ 250. I I felt very comfortable with Amanda and believed her when she said what she would do.

We we're scheduled for deep cleaning (requires both Kristina and Amanda) on Monday, 9th, 9:30. In Sunday, Amanda txtd to explain she was ill and would need to reschedule, We agreed on Friday / 9:30. I had to leave for meetings and I wasn't here when they arrived, but let Amanda know that the evening before and gave her info on the check and key in case I didn't get back before they completed. Amanda responded that everything was fine.

So I left on Friday morning at 9:30,no one was here. I txtd Amanda to let her know I was on the way home - took a bit, but she responded to say she was through and heading out.

When I arrived I was beyond disappointed. Check out the website to see what is claimed to be included which was a dramatic difference in the service I received.at minimum, trash cans should be emptied, correct? And hardwood floors vacuumed or damp mopped? Dusting? Wiping bathroom counters? Sorry, I could continue but in summary, this was the absolute worst cleaning service/ripoff I've ever experienced. Additionally, I had company in for the weekend, so needless to say, I paid 250.00 for a deep clean and ended up scrambling to clean the house myself. Pathetic!

I immediately txtd bit Amand and Kristina, explaining my disappointment. I got an apology from Kristina who explained that she did the work herself and gave reasons why it wasn't done well and her response was "although lost, thanks for the opportunity". Far from the advertised 100% satisfaction guarantee. However, the check was immediately cashed. They totally never let me know that only one was working at my home. Amanda, although too sick to help, was a seeing my txts as if she was at my house doing the cleaning.

Later in the weekend, I gave several opportunities to make it right financially by asking Kristina to return the $$ that she "knew" was not earned. The service I received was not even a surface clean. And of course, I have pictures to prove it.

All this to say, I would not trust Kristina or Amanda at all. I'm so disappointed of their services that are taking advantage of people and ripping them off.
My goal is to keep someone else from making this mistake.
