I strongly caution anyone from using this company! While Amber Canada (the owner and individual who does the cleaning) seems like a nice person, she continuously showed up late for cleanings, rescheduled, or cancelled cleaning sessions on the same day with little or no notice. She also gave a number of personal excuses as to why she could not keep the appointments. After promising me a refund over 2 months ago for unused sessions (I decided to cancel services due to her inability to keep her appointments which I was told I could do prior to hiring Clean Tech), I am still waiting to hear back from her. I have left her numerous messages and she is no longer responsive even though she initially agreed to issue a refund within 10 business days.
