We highly recommend Meghan McNiven for cleaning vacation rental homes. We have employed Meghan each summer since 2021. Our business owns and operates four cabin rentals and six RV spaces. We also have a building with restrooms, showers, and laundry. Each day Meghan perfectly maintained each building by turning over the cabins for new guests, making sure the bathrooms for the RV guests were cleaned frequently throughout the day, and washing multiple loads of laundry.
In addition, Meghan managed the gift shop, created invoices for cabin and RV sites, and provided excellent customer service to our guests. All of our guests made a point to tell us how helpful and friendly Meghan was.
Meghan took the initiative and reorganized our linen closet to make it more efficient for cleaning. On top of all of that, she has landscaped our grounds for the past two years. We have several large yards to mow and several flower beds. I don't know how she fit it all in one day, but she did it effortlessly.
We cannot say enough about Meghan's skills, initiative, and ability. She would be an enormous asset to your business.
