I hired John for the gutter problem of my house. When he needed work, He said, "I will send people tomorrow. You don't have to pay if you don't like service. I have many positive reviews..." and many other things. After work was done, in few days, in rainy day, I notice gutter leaking problem still exists. I called john, he said he will send his people. He never send anyone and now I'm trying for more than a month, but can't get hold on John. This shame...
