We paid for 5 hours of cleaning. 4 people came in and worked for an hour. They cleaned 2 bathrooms, mopped a very small living room and kitchen and wiped down the kitchen counters, hutch, and piano. The stairs and upstairs was left unvacuumed. Their response was they did the best they can and that you have to pay extra for vacuuming. The floors that they did clean are black if you wipe them with a paper towel. This house is one side of our duplex. It's like you're grandma's house It's clean but elderly people can't get to the floor under the toilet or certain places that they can't bend down and reach. It's not filthy. The worst part is it has dog hair which they really can't complain about because they didn't vacuum. Not happy with the results or the customer service. They did say they'd send someone back to clean the floors but I'm just going over there to do it myself which is what I was trying to avoid.
