I paid to have my house cleaned before my family and I moved into our new home. For a 3400 sq ft home, it took 5 1/2 hrs (lunch included). I did a quick walk through before paying $298.00 and told the crew of an upstairs toilet that was missed. Jesse said that he would also do another walk through himself and he would clean the toilet. After moving in a few days later, I started noticing things that were not cleaned. None of my master windows were cleaned, dining room window and window seal was not cleaned, half bath was not cleaned, upstairs toilet that he said he'd clean was not cleaned, laundry room not cleaned, oven was sprayed and not cleaned, around oven not cleaned, still had dust/cat hair, around refrigerator had dust/cat hair, wood on stairs had dust/cat hair. (this is just what I noticed. Who knows what wasn't done that I haven't noticed) When I text Michelle to let her know what was missed, she started making excuses for her crew. She then offered an hr of cleaning. I said no. She offered hr of reimbursement of $60. I said I wanted hr of cleaning and reimbursement for not cleaning what was guaranteed and for my inconvenience. She never responded back to me. I've left her several VM and texts and no response. Several days later of not responding, I told her that I only wanted a reimbursement since I have no trust in her company to allow anyone back into my house to clean it. She refuses to answer my calls or text messages. No more cleaning or reimbursement has been received. With all the places that weren't cleaned in my house, I have no idea what took 5 1/2 hrs. Do not hire these people!

Unfortunately, I don't have the option to make this rating lower, so, I'll have to stick with 1, instead of zero. Jesse and Michelle (Cleancrewe Owners) are great about making promises but not so good and delivering. For what you pay, you expect a home that is barley dirty to be immaculate. I travel for business and they generally will come in and clean while I'm away or home when not traveling. However, I discovered they'll do with so with my own cleaning supplies and vacuum. The vacuum wouldn't be so back, if my neighbor hadn't seen Jesse and his team, leave with a vacuum and later return with it. They advised that Jesse took no, vacuum in but left with it. This of course peeked my curiosity. So, I checked my vacuum and found Lego pieces and fruit loops in it. I don't have any small children so this leads me to believe that my $300.00 Shark is having miles put on it by Cleancrewe, cleaning other peoples homes, and if that wasn't bad enough they didn't even have the courtesy of emptying out the vacuum. Oh, and I'm suspicious of my mop aswell, because no one my home has blond hair. Do not, hire, Cleancrewe. They will steal from you, use you, and make you question how you could let someone in your home that would do this. Now, I have to start inventorying the rest of the home. If my vacuum, cleaning supplies, and mop are not off limits, I have to worry about my valuables, and you should as well. Also, I'm paying for 3 days of cleaning. They clean 3 day's a week. My neighbor also told me, that they came a few times but only came and went after a few minutes (it takes an hour to clean each level of my home), which means that while I was out, they only cleaned my house once, and left some stuff out. So disappointed, and sorry I trusted Cleancrewe.
