Clean by K is a full-service, residential cleaning company.

I run my own small business, and I clean all homes, sometimes alone, and sometimes with my helper, Tracey (who, by the way, proudly states that we offer the "cleanest toilets in Jax").

We charge by the hour, which allows us to personalize each cleaning for you and the needs of your home. Our specialty areas are pet hair, hardwood floors, and, as mentioned, toilets. :)

I am licensed and have references. I have been in business full-time since 2007, but I did some cleaning part-time while working my way through college, so I consider myself very experienced.

I am looking to build my business while keeping it manageable with just myself and a helper. I like each job to have a personal touch, and I believe the main benefit of hiring a small business to clean your home, instead of a large corporation, is that you have the same person come to your house each time and are able to develop a wonderful trusting, working relationship with them.
