The Village is a ground floor, garden-style, rental retirement community. Our park-like campus has many outdoor common areas. Our apartments have screened-in patios, giving residents one of the amenities of their former homes. Our spacious apartments with cathedral ceilings have wall-to-wall carpet. Small pets are welcome at Claremont.
