I coordinate a program that helps child care business owners (Family Child Care) and potential Center-based employees find clients and/or jobs.
I have a mix of FCC and Center-based participants in my program. Some are looking for "nanny" positions, others to start their own Family Home Child Care, and others to find employment in a Center.
They are all working on completing their CDA crediential and registering with the State (when appropriate).
They come from 12 different countries, speak over 6 different languages (bi-lingual or more), and celebrate a wide variety of cultural traditions, al of which they incorporate in their teaching and care.
I'd be happy to explain more, and coordinate communication with these potential providers.
