I scheduled a cleaning service based on a posting in our neighborhood FB page and after agreeing to a last minute rescheduling, the morning on the day of service the vendor came up with some last minute emergency and even after agreeing to another time change she was a no show and stopped corresponding on messenger. I had an event planned that afternoon and I needed their services. Very unprofessional.

Wow, I'm just now seeing this a little over 2 years now and some reason you found me on yelp and care.com and tried to bad mouth my business an i'm so sorry that it did not damage my company because i was able to gain more clients over the time and also was able to turn my company to a LLC and honestly I wish I would of kept my copy of the messages we shared. When we last message each other that time I had let you know that my daughter had Covid and that i did not have no one to care for her at the time. I did respond back to you and i also told you the reason why. Sorry that i had canceled on you but my daughter needed care come first before any money but i see that you were able to solve your cleaning job through one of the lovely apps that offer cleaning jobs.
