Hello! My name is Julie and I have been a special education teacher for 5 years, and general education teacher for 3 years. I have experience teaching in Kindergarten through 5th grade. I earned my bachelor's degree in elementary education from Saint Xavier University in Chicago in 2004, and my master's degree in multicategorical special education from Governors State University in 2008. I have extensive experience working in special education creating and developing goals and objectives for IEP's. I have been the case manager for students with a wide range of disabilities, including emotional and behavioral disorders, speech and language impairments, autism, Asperger's syndrome, and Williams syndrome.
