Hello Parents!

My name is Christina, but the littles call me Tina. I’m the proud owner of Christina’s Learn and Play, a play-based family home daycare, where I provide a nurturing, supportive, and enriching environment for children to thrive. With 16 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I’ve had the privilege of teaching children from ages newborn through pre-K.

At Christina’s Learn and Play, I focus on building a strong foundation for your child's emotional, cognitive, and physical development through hands-on activities that promote fine and gross motor skills, arts, sciences, and early academics. I use a play-based curriculum where each child is encouraged to explore, experiment, and grow at their own pace. The children engage in activities that foster creativity, confidence, and social skills, including art, music, dramatic play, and movement—all while having fun!

We also provide freshly cooked, nutritious meals daily, including breakfast, lunch, and both a morning and afternoon snack, so you can rest assured your child is receiving the fuel they need to thrive throughout the day.

What truly sets me apart is the intimate, family-like environment I offer. I believe communication is key, and I keep parents updated throughout the day with pictures and updates to help you feel connected to your child’s experience. I also know that every child is unique, so I focus on nurturing their individual strengths and building self-esteem through positive reinforcement and encouragement.

To make quality care accessible, we offer affordable tuition and are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM for your convenience.

My mission is to create a safe, loving, and joyful space where children feel accepted and supported in their learning.
