Christian Faith Child Development Center in Creedmoor, NC now seeking Lead Teachers for Daycare. The ideal candidate should possess previous experience in a childcare setting.

Our Child Development Center is committed to providing a balanced educational program that fosters individuality, creativity, and life-long learning. This is achieved through our progressive curriculum that is designed to captivate and engage our young learners.

We are looking for enthusiastic teachers that can bring the curriculum to life and make learning memorable for children ages 3 & 4 year old in a Christian environment.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement daily lessons for the children
2. Be able to orchestrate at a high level of classroom management
3. Work cooperatively and professionally with staff members and parents
4. Maintain communication with parents through weekly correspondence
5. Attend staff meetings, training and school field trips
6. Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for the children
7. Maintain portfolio assessments for all children in the classroom
8. Create a personal development plan documenting professional grow

Job Requirements
The teacher must be working towards having their education degree within the first year of employment and possess Credentials I & II. Previous experience at a public, private or licensed school preferred.

Candidate should have knowledge of daycare requirements and must be compassionate and have a love for children.
