Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Perform services or the client as necessary tomaintain the personal comfort of the client. Home Health Aide enjoys: 1:1 client care A variety of personalized care that home care offers Christian Comfort Care Home Health Aides assist with personal cares such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. CNA/HHA s are also expected to be kind, respectful and professional at all times with clients and staff. Complete the appropriate records to document care given and pertinent observations. Communicates effectively and maintains a safe environmental for the clients and staff. Home Health Aide Requirements: 18 years of age or older Certified CNA HIPAA Certified Meets the training requirements in accordance with State and Federal Laws 1 year of hands-on work experience, preferred (can include experience in a home care, hospital, or assisted living setting) Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given Self-directing with the ability to work with little to no direct supervision Current CPR Certification Licensed driver with reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with Organization requirements Possess the ability to read, write, and carry out directions… Read more
