Don't take your pet here! Chris is very rough with his demeanor and this sadly was transferred to the treatment of our Maltipoo- he assured me he wouldn't keep her for hours and did the opposite and when I called he had not bathed her or started on her- 6 hours after I dropped her off! When I picked her up she was shaking and stressed beyond belief, she had blood by her eye where he shaved a mole off when I asked him not to go near her eyes.
She was in pain all night and today has not been better- he won't let you enter the salon, when I came close to the building I heard many dogs in background sounding in distress.

We would highly recommend that you skip this place as potential groomers. They quoted a price $10 higher than their price list. Chris went so far as to say there was no such price list available and calling me a liar. So when I took a snap shot of the price list to send him, we lost phone connection with the photo being sent. When I called back to tell him I sent the photo of the price list, he was aggressive in tone and off putting. I told him he needed to remove the list from online that he would lose customers with misunderstandings and his aggressiveness in tone. He hung up on me.

We had a long term relationship with Best Friends groomer, Shirley, before our cat Sheba died. Shirley retired unfortunately. So we were checking into new places for our new dog we got Saturday. We would not want to build a relationship with this place after our encounter with them. You may want to take note that several reviewers had the same experience as I did. I should have read the reviews beforehand.

My westie always comes home clean, trimmed and happy. Holly and Chris have always followed my instructions well. Their place is clean and the dogs are pretty calm. I like that their work area is where I can see them working.
