About
Cheryl's Playful Bears home daycare was established 10 years ago after I gave birth to my second daughter. I have two other daughters, one going into sixth grade and the youngest is four. This is an amazing opportunity to place your child (children) into a well respected, loving environment with a day care that has extremely low turnover.
Full-time day care (up to 48 hours per week) is only $125 per week for your children over 1 and under one is $175.00 per week (less with multiple child discount). Hours of operation are between 5:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Due to other responsibilities with my kids it is very important that all day care kids be picked up no later than 5:30 p.m.
I am located in West Beaverton at the cross streets of 198th and TV Highway. I am under the jurisdiction of Reedville school district.
I am fully registered with the state of Oregon and am subject to random visits to ensure quality of service and safety of the kids. I have never been sanctioned nor had a bad review.
I am fully registered and certified in First Aid and CPR. Prior to opening my home daycare I worked in the medical field for 10+ years as well as taking care of my brother who is a quadriplegic.
All food is provided with your monthly payment. Specialty foods (such as gluten-free products) may not be covered but will be discussed on a case-by-case basis if necessary. I have my food handler's license so you can rest assured your child will be well-nourished.
