We are a senior community that offers Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care options for those who are 55 and older.
Assisted Living: Residents may receive assistance with bathing, grooming and dressing, at mealtimes, when taking medication, moving throughout their home and much more.
Memory Care: The Varietas Program is a model of caring for individuals with Alzheimer s Disease and related dementia. The tenants of the program are proven to maximize quality of life for individuals sufferingfrom these disorders.
Our environment is designed to reduce stressful stimuli and to encourage social interaction. Behavior-Based Ergonomics Therapy (BBET), a personalized, non-pharmacological approach and national, award-winning therapy taps into more than 100 resources to engage residents, reduce agitation, depression, falls and medication use.
All Varietas staff receive Certified Dementia Practitioner Training, the highest standard in Alzheimer s and Dementia education. This training and culture is organized around a structured daily schedule or Daily Routine that varies based on each resident s mental and physical energies.
A state-of-the-art security system also allows residents to live independently while remaining within the comfort of a safe and secure environment.
Independent Living: Experience maintenance-free living in your private residence and as part of a lovely, secure community. Stay close to friends and a host of social, recreational, spiritual and educational activities.
We've designed the Cherry Blossom community to be resort-like, with our own professionally trained chef, fine dining experiences, salon services, social events, housekeeping and more. We're also close to many local amenities, including shopping, theaters and Mt. Carmel East Hospital.
