Hello,
My name is Cherie LeFort and I am the owner of a small caregiving business. I have 20 yrs experience providing quality care to seniors in their homes as well as independent living, assisted living, and skilled communities. In addition I have 8yrs experience working in a hospital with seniors that had longterm care needs. I have a Master's in Gerontology and a BS in Recreational Therapy. My daughter works with me and has a BS in Theology/Education and is 4 weeks from completing the Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification (COTA). Our goal is to keep seniors healthy and active.
We provide hourly Services for Homecare
1. Companionship
2. Personal hygiene bathing/grooming
3. Cooking, light housekeeping, laundry
4. Transportation grocery shopping, errands, doctor appointments
5. Medication reminders
6. Assistance with ambulation
7. Therapeutic exercises mentally and physically, cognitive games, and fun outings
