Registered Nurses consult and conduct assessments, case management and oversight of care.
The nurse travel to clients within the service area (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Franklin, Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, Portsmouth, etc) to ensure proper care is being extended.
The care extends from Respite, Private Duty Nursing to Personal Care Home Health including but not limited to:
Meal Preparation, Dress/Hygiene Assistance,Appointment Scheduling & Escorting,
Errand Running Services,Housekeeping,Companionship, Cosmetic Assistance, 24 hour On-Call Replacement
and much more.
Skilled Nursing Healthcare including but not limited to:
One on one quality nursing care in the home, hospital, nursing home or rehabilitation center.
Special needs care, Medication Admin & Management, Diabetic Care
Cardiac & Respiratory Care
Wound Care.
