Chantelle Cleaning service is not worthy of a rating. We requested a deep clean to include 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, inside all appliances, windows, sweep and mop floors, clean inside all cabinets/drawers with disinfectant cleaners including the outside of all cabinets and drawers and light switches. We were told 2 girls would come out for 3.5 hrs to get all this done. They showed up with a garbage bag of rags, used bucket with used mop, vacuum and an array of cleaning supplies. After 2 hrs, (not the 3,5 hrs we paid for) the girls texted to say they were done. To our utter disappointment and disgust, we had paid Chantelle for her girls to "hang out" at our house for 2 hrs. Counters, bathrooms, cabinets, floors, carpet, windows, inside appliances, literally everything was just as it was. Nothing was cleaned. no part of the house smelled like cleaning supplies. When walking through the house, my socks got filthy because the floors hadn't been swept or mopped. Chantelle was very aggressive and not cooperative with even trying to rectify this experience
