The same thing happened to us. The company was cleaning for us for 4.5 years. We had a few instances where we weren't completely satisfied with the cleaning, but they sent a crew out right away to make it right each time. Recently, we reached out to schedule a cleaning and they ignored our texts and calls with no explanation. After maintaining a relationship with them for 4.5 years we felt we deserved at least an explanation of why they are choosing not to clean for us any longer. This is obviously completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from an established business. If you elect to go with this company, be warned this may happen to you also.

This company was cleaning for us for two years and then just stopped showing up. The first time it happened i was waiting for them to come with front door open. They told me they came and i didn't answer the door. Then they just stopped coming altogether and never replied to my call. It would have been minimally professional behavior if the just told me they weren't coming back. No idea why they did this.
