When I was being trained I was told to spot clean. Meaning that if it doesn't look dirty then don't worry about it. Well, I could not do that. I had to make sure that it was fully cleaned. Then that did not make them happy because you are supposed to rush through. I just couldn't do that. Then I got hurt at home and was told when she picked up my cleaning supplies and keys that I could pick up my cleaning supplies at the office I cleaned. Well come to find out that was never an option. She gave my offices to someone else without informing me and bold faced lied to me. I cannot work for a company like this.

Hired Cathy's Cleaning to clean on several occisions and was disappointed in the quality and consistency of their cleaning. They didn't use the proper cleaning solution on hardwoods causing them damage due to water damage. I also assumed that cleaning companies off dusting as part of their weekly cleaning tactic, this one however does not. I would consider them as "light cleaners". They were quite costly for not much quality. Wouldn't recommend.
