This business owner is very rude and unprofessional. She uses explicit language and lacks strongly in customer service skills. I recommend using another cleaning service.

What if you had someone clean your house, paid them and then decided upon closer look that it was worse not better? What if the the clean mop you pointed out was not used - the already dirty one was.? How about not wiping down the front of the dishwasher or refrigerator ... smearing the microwave oven window and not cleaning the back control panel of the stove? Leaving the kitchen floor un-mopped with crumbs along the baseboards? Bathrooms without clean mirrors? And what if an entire roll of your paper towels was used and the floor that was mopped was done with bathroom cleaner? Sink looking like it was rubbed with old cooking grease ... none of which have in your home? That should be minus star
