Very strong dog odor inside the facility. My dogs had one small blanket on the concrete floor - impossible for them both to use. There was a huge shelf of bedding ten feet away. One of my dogs has no voice - completely hoarse. He must have been barking the entire time. The "cat" boarding is in a room with about seven loud small dogs. My already thin cats who have IBD have lost weight, which is a health setback for them. They were terrified when I got there.
I'd gladly have paid more to have my beloveds stay somewhere better. Don't board cats here. Regrettably I had no other option at the time. I hope my babies are able to bounce back quickly. Beware!
