Montessori materials are designed to capture the child's attention and to correspond to inner needs and interests. After a teacher introduces the child to a material, the child is free to use the materials whenever he likes, for as long as he wishes, undisturbed by others. Each material is self-correcting. If the child makes a mistake, he can see it for himself, without an adult to point out his errors.

Montessori materials are open-ended. The teacher suggests a first use for the material. After that, the child may discover many other uses. Sometimes a child may encounter the materials at different age levels, with increasingly sophisticated work possibilities suggested at each level.
Each of our programs, from Infants to Elementary, is set up with specific goals in mind. The students in each program go through an individual, developmental, social and academic process. Our programs are ungraded which allows for flexibility in ages and curriculum. For example, there may be five year olds in the Pre-Primary class as well as in the Elementary class, depending upon each child's social, emotional, and academic development. Following the authentic Montessori method of individualized instruction allows the child to advance without the restriction of grading.
