Hired Carpet Karma to clean the apartment that I moved out of after my original cleaner was in a serious car accident. Was very disappointed and took pictures of all the stuff they didn't clean. None of the drawers, baseboard, under the oven, or window tracks were cleaned even though I was still charged extra for it. We had to go back to our new house and grab cleaning supplies so we don't lose money on or damage deposite. Would never hire them again.

Thank you for your feedback Nadia. While we understand your frustration, we do need to point out a few discrepancies with your review. All window tracks and drawers were cleaned. I know this to be the case because the person assigned to clean you apt called in sick at 6am the morning of your job which meant I (the owner) had to come out to make sure we got things done for you since no one else was available on the Sunday morning at 8am that was agreed upon. Baseboards are not included in any cleaning we provide so that explains why that was not done and it was explained to you before we started. Under the oven was forgotten. Mistakes do happen and things do sometimes get missed as no one is perfect. We would have gladly come right back out (which is our policy) to clean what was missed for you. Unfortunately, you decided to post a 2 star review on every single review board you could find with our name on it. And based on other things you have reviewed in the past, it looks like getting more than 2 stars from you is very difficult as that is what you give nearly every place you review. Bottom line is that the apartment was cleaned with the very small exception of under the oven which is an honest mistake and a mistake we could have made right had you informed us of it. Reviews are a very important part of any small business and I would hope that in the future you would try to express any concerns with the company you are dealing with before leaving a review that is not indicative, in the least, of how well a job was done.
